  • HNC in Canine Behaviour and Training, Bishop Burton College

  • KCAI qualified instructor in Companion Dog training and Kennel Club Good Citizen training and Competitive Obedience

  • Level 2 NVQ Learning and Development

  • Stefanie Kunschke joined DOG in February 2018. She has experience in rehoming dogs with behaviour difficulties which led her to follow a career in dog training.

  • Steffi’s background is in education. She is holding a Master’s degree in teaching at primary schools and at special educational needs settings. Leaving her position as a special needs teacher gave her the opportunity to embrace her passion for dogs and dog training.

  • Steffi enjoys training her own dog. She has passed her ‘Gold’ in the Kennel Club Good Citizen dog training scheme and is training for Heelwork to Music competitions

  • Steffi passed courses in animal behaviour and care including :-

    ï‚·   Animal Behaviour and Welfare

    ï‚·   Dog Emotion and Cognition

  • She is also a member of the Kennel Club Accreditation Scheme for Instructors in Dog Training and Canine Behaviour, and has gained accreditation in 2025.

  • Many years of personal dog ownership, training and instructing individuals and classes, including giving practical advice on training and behaviour problems.

  • Regularly updates and continues professional development by attendance on courses and seminars.
