Stefanie Kunschke joined DOG in February 2018. She has experience in rehoming dogs with behaviour difficulties which led her to follow a career in dog training.

Steffi’s background is in education. She is holding a Master’s degree in teaching at primary schools and at special educational needs settings. Leaving her position as a special needs teacher gave her the opportunity to embrace her passion for dogs and dog training.

Steffi enjoys training her own dog. She has passed her ‘Gold’ in the Kennel Club Good Citizen dog training scheme and is training for Heelwork to Music competitions

Steffi passed courses in animal behaviour and care including :-

She is also a member of the Kennel Club Accreditation Scheme for Instructors in Dog Training and Canine Behaviour, and has gained accreditation in 2025.

Many years of personal dog ownership, training and instructing individuals and classes, including giving practical advice on training and behaviour problems.

Regularly updates and continues professional development by attendance on courses and seminars.
