  Once your booking is confirmed, we cannot transfer you to another course or offer refunds, except in cases of severe illness (dog or owner). In such cases, a pro rata reduction will be applied for the next available course.

  Your information will be used solely for dog training activities and may be shared with the Kennel Club GCDS Office. It will not be shared with other third parties. Records will be destroyed within a reasonable time after you stop training with us.

Disclaimer:

  We hold Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance, but this does not cover damage your dog may cause to other dogs, people, or property during classes. We recommend third party insurance for all dogs.
